Why are our young people not taking lead into doing the right things and rather just live for themselves. Do you know how many stories I come across where a 19 year old has gone to jail for domestic violence? It's not worth it. Our youngsters just need to focus on education when you graduate from highschool, think of the next step. Stop cutting yourselves short just to live for today and never thinking about tomorrow. Young girls, boys are not the end of the world. You have your whole life to think about boys and finding love. You will have plenty of time to go through dozens of heart breaks before getting to your true soulmate. I just feel like the minority is taking the wrong path especially for this generation its ashame. I hope maybe one day every gril or boy can take a stand and see the light at the end of the tunnel and relaize they have a positive life to live starting with college after highschool!

Social Networking, trifling or innocent?

Is there anything wrong with social networking if you're in a committed relationship? Can the avergae person be able to handle both sides without using emotional feelings at the sametime? Perfect example, I have a twitter account and I'm in a 5 year relationship. While I can admit that us women do like the attention we receive its all in good innocence and nothing more then that, at least for me. Now, take my significant other, he gets his pants in a bunch because he feels that my "social networking" is just another way for me to be trifling. I mean really? How is that so? When at the end of the day I spend most of my time with you and I'm not on it when we're together. Guess what I'm trying to say is why do men feel that the web or the woman also, feel as if its a threat to the relationship if nothing is really happening? This I will never know!

Okay we all know that right now for the typical black dude in america, the dream team is to be a athlete, entrepreneur, rapper, or drug dealer. So tell me as the rapper that you are Lil Wayne knowing that you have all these fans from all ages and areas praising your every move. Why can't you just be a civil and level headed man and show and do the right thing for all the little black boys out there that want to be you? It's so easy to be idolized and loved but not with everyones approval. They say that the media puts these celebrities on the pedestal and make them GOD, but if so knowing that you're being watched every second under a telescope, why can't you look in the camera and tell the black boy not to be you but be themselves and do things the right and positive way. Not to resort to violence or being the baby daddy to every girl out there. That being faithful or being monogamous or celibate is the best way to go. I just want to say thank you to all the rappers out there that don't show better views for a young man instead showing them the glits and glamour and not the reality of life. That's why laws and police were made to show you that all actions serve a consequence.

There's alot of rep mixed with love and hate for Niki Minaj female rapper from the Bronx, has been lighting some fire everywhere espceially with the group of Weezy "Young Money". Hey I give her props for doing her thing and coming strong with it all. Her rapping actually isn't that bad very entertaning. So, question is why do female rappers feel that there can only be one at the thrown and not five. Why do we women always have to battle out and be incompetition with everything. Why can't we congratulate and participate instead. We need to come together even as black women and band together and stand up for each others grind and not to knock it down. Because at the end we all look like fools no matter what. We can all share the lime light like the male rappers so why beef, lets all share the bread and move on. I really appreciate this album that Luda is bringing together featuring a song of "My Chick Bad remix between Trina, Niki Minaj, Diamond, and surprisingly back Eve. This could be a good start for all female rappers out there!

Open marriages!

You know I am baffled at how these celebrities or let me not say that. That people think of open marriages as the norm. Are we saying this because we can't see each other as much so if you feel the need to release you can do it with the next person that you meet. I'm old fashioned, marriage is a sacred thing between a man and a woman, and its said in the bible and by law that adultery is not to be committed. Have we lost talent into keeping your other half happy even if the spark is lost. Have we come so boring that we can't do things together to keep the passion going even after 10 years of marriage. You watch television and see divorces happen over infidelity and marriages going strong because of infidelity. In the end someone will fall in love or become jealous of the outside love that is given instead always having it within the relationship. So who's to say that both of you are getting that true mental, emotional, and physical promise of love. Seems like a cop out to have your cake and eat it too!

Earthquake in Haiti!

Beautiful Haiti had the biggest catastrophe that could possibly happen when an earthquake hit and could have possibly took the lives of 100k officials said. I have haititan parents and growing up in the US really didn't understand why Haiti was so pour and why we the US were not helping them. Not until I saw a documentary on Aristide who once served as president of Haiti for 2 terms but was forced out by the US government. Yes, you heard right the US government. You think living hear is the freedom and the place to be not when knowing that millions out there are in poverty living in the streets with no food or clothes or clean running water. See I know that a higher power will take control of this situtation and give the haitian people the rights that they deserve and the right to be treated as human beings like us. You know I never really put my hand and feet into a foundation or charity for the poor but now this has happened, I will be sure to be the first at the line to make it happen, would you be willing to join me? Alright ya'll remember Monica "Danger" from I Love Ray-J, apparently she has a rumor flying around stating that Ray J is gay because he did not return her calls. Danger recently had a baby for Nick Cannon's brother and was out in the nut house for a week. And over the weekend lost custody of her daughter and was placed with the father, which she was happy about. Ray J came out on the radio on TT Torrez stating that she' is going through things in her life and would like to make amends with her for the rumors she's passing around, he'll still be freinds with her. And Brandy took to twitter stating that Danger needs to stop spreading the rumors for something DUMB.

Ever wonder why when your single you can never find anyone at your level. But then when you run back to your ex, all of a sudden it's raining men! Why does that happen? I mean you go out where you can meet people, you eye ball the good looking ones and they don't bite back. But as soon as you're off the market, one peeping you over there this one is at your left. And then you're forced to act like dude ain't there, in your mind your like, where were you a month ago? But I've come to the conclusion that people in relationships would mingle faster then when single. Example, I love to go out for ladies night as much as my man hates it, talking about getting into arguments and all. So, I go out to the club and let my hair down have fun, but sometimes you have to admit it feels good when another guy is peeping and you flirt just to shoot them down. It feels good to know that you still got it. It's more like a game never take it there to cheating at all. Now, I will admit that I have been the cheater in my past days and men would be down with it. But now in this 2000 decade not many want that, it seems to me that men are ready to settle and be exclusive or have you all to themselves before ever thinking about cheating. And I commend that tremendously, because it shows that not all men are scum bags ready to lay down, even if it was a one night stand. But ever think in the past days what makes a single person really want to go there and waste their time with someone in a relationship, is it insecurities or pure greed for the other person invloved?

Chatting online personal or not?

Why is it so much easier to have feelings for someone in another state through chatting online then in person? Is it because it doesn't get too personal because you really don't see expressions and emotions but only words popping up unless they have a web cam. And who's to know that they are really telling you the truth about who they are. It's so easy to use a fake name and out dated picture then to have a blind date and be totally disappointed. For instance, I have a site I'm on, never really showed a real picture just took one off the net used my username and the only real thing on there was my age. Surprisingly some guys chatted with me, and it's almost amazing to see how you can really connect with someone on numerous levels to the point of them actually wanting to meet you. Can there be warning signs up stating I'm a shark looking for my prey. And why is it some guys never care of your status "taken" meaning anything. I mean it's up there for a reason unless it said single. And as scary as this may sound, why do people decide to meet off the net, I mean it's not like a public place where you passed someone in the groceries or in mickeys dees and you both swap numbers. I mean how false and fabricated can you be on the net before you create a monster and this person develops feelings for you without ever meeting you. I just find that very strange. I say first off get to know the person for at leaste 3 or 4 months before you invite on meeting them, see if you can get digits first or even webcam so we can truly see each other as who we are and not just hiding behind a default picture. It really has taught me a lesson that even though its the net, people still having feelings and make it personal like meeting you in the flesh. I mean who knew, but be careful out there because things aren't always what they seem.

It was said that she had history of problems with drugs and failed rehab severals times. Her parents cut off her trust fund till she got help for the drug abuse. She was in a battle with her mother when she took her then adopted daughter Ava. In December she was engaged to Tila Tequile popular for her show "Shot of Love" on Mtv that ran for two seasons. Tila took to twitter several times yesterday, first on starting, "Everyone please pray 4 my Wifey Casey Johnson. She has passed away. Can a girl let her hair down without being accussed of looking for fresh meat? Well, according to the average male these days or maybe the only male I know, that has a problem with me having a girls night out. What is wrong with a girls night out even if you have a man at home. My peoples love to go out and naturally so do I. Sometimes you just wanna go out and shake your tail feather and have fun. Well, it seems everytime I go out my man has a problem with it, thinking I'm going out to meet another nigga. I mean really are you that insecure with me that you can't trust your girl is just having fun. And trust, no you can't take your man to club with you, because it's a different scene and a different vibe. I mean I be one way with my girls and another with my man. The two will and can never come together. Why, because before he met me I was a party girl and after him, I'll still be that party girl. Don't get me wrong this is not something I do every weekend or every night, it's only on occassions. I mean yes, when you hit the club you don't necessarily go fishing for men you just have fun and yes its flattering when a dude wants to dance with you and try to give you his number. But I do have a limit which is never dance with a dude, he can just watch from a distance which is what most of them do. Please you cannot take a man home from the club and domesticate him to be your man, because he was at the club for a reason and trust its named a booty call. Which I believe most of them are looking for. But please fellas if you trust and love your girl, sometimes you gotta let her stretch her legs amd have fun without you once in a while. Marriage or not?

Okay so for this new generation, I noticed a trend. I am a very traditional person and even though I really didn't abide by it, I see that marriage is not an option anymore. You more so have people getting together and having a child instead to replace marraige. When did this happen? Alot of couples have a child out of wedlock and stay together playing house rather then doing it the traditional way which is getting married first and everything else follows along. But then my second concern would be how many of these pregnancies are accidental? And are couples sticking together just for the sake of the child and not love. I mean honestly what is love nowadays? I see that people really do just settle and not really stay for love but really for convenience. When did we come to this? You see couples having 3 kids and not married but live like a husband and wife. So fellas tell me why you are so terrified to put a ring on it? Ya'll made it this far why not just seal the deal and make it permanent. I have yet to speak to a man and pick their brain to really see why they object to marriage, but are willing to go half on a baby. Wouldn't it be logical for marriage then baby? Guess I really am old fashion. This is something that I will never understand!

A lot of grief has occurred this year, and I hope that a lot of people do realize how precious life really is. If you aren't humble and open with kindness in this world around you, then how can you live a full life. By a full life meaning, full of warmth and giving back to the world around you in anyway or fashion, simply recycling to donating to a charity foundation. How many cases this year have we heard of a celebrity getting sued for child support, now we have a recent contestant of America's Next Top Model, Nik Pace who had a baby with football player Braylon Edwards of the New York Jets for child support. She is suing for $70,000 a month mind you it has been said that he was trying to be the father when he heard of the news that the baby was born but she objected and is now suing. Now from the show I could say that Nik was very humble through the competition and kept it together its just sad to know that she is this type of woman, unless someone is lying.

It always makes me wonder why men are they way that they are. I just wish that I can sit a player down and drill him to find out why they choose the life style that they choose? Why do you feel that you need to be the king and be glorified with different women for everyday of the week? If I was to set an interview this is what I would ask:
1-what makes you?
2-why do you feel that you have importance?
3-what is your pick up line?
4-what is a day spent with you?
5-any emotional attachments from the ladies?
6-how do you break it down to a woman that's feeling you?
7-do you have categories for each woman at a different level different day?
8-do they know the role that is being played?

I did actucally have a one-on-one with a player and was a little baffled at how much he told me, basically he maintians his booty calls to a distance. He only calls her up for that one thing, and only gives it to her once a week, because more than that would cause an attachment. He can vibe and kick it over the phone or via text, nothing else outside the realms. On top of this he lives with his parents, so whether its done in the fuck mobile or a spot designated around your crib, short and sweet distance. Its digusting how the minds of a man works, but trust they be having that feeling of loneliness too but will never admit it.

Now I will say this, I believed that I was being played also, but was so blind sided by the whole situation that I didn't even notice. Got me good and once he was done dealing that card and moved on to the next one. So why is it a man can scope a woman in the most vulnerable moment and use it to thier momentum and once you snap back into reality, they run for the hills. Will never know how the mind of a man works, life long challenge to pursue and stake out.

Okay, I really love Rihanna we share the same nickname "riri"! Now having to see how she has dealt with this issue with now ex Cris Brown, its a small cry for help, that I hope someone can open thier eyes and take a hold of this child and shake her up a bit. And say, "honey its not the end of the world you're still young and beautiful and can live a full life with someone else!" Why is it we women can totally change face as soon as you break up with your ex. even if it was for the good or the bad. We women take the extra mile and high road with our emotions and feelings and feel that all of our woes and trust was all in this one person and now you feel like you can't function without him. But you have to see that you can move on and yes we do act out in our own way. I know when I want to act I'll pick a fight with my man and hit the club that night without a worry, or happen to chat with one of my homeboys via text an he happens to see it. It's not intentional but sometimes you just feel like you're not being heard by him and just act out. Now for Riri, all this sex and topless shoots are a true cry for help and I feel as though she really has not found herself or is truly not at one with herself. Because she is two seconds to being on a street corner. Sometimes you just have to sit back and take a minute to collect yourself so that you're not out there looking crazy over a dude!

Had to tap in on this one, who the hell does Tiger Woods think he is. To me a quiet quaint golfer with a nice littel white wife and kid. He looks like a geek or nerd to me. Alright ya'll the question that is on my mind right now is! Can you trust your man without worrying about his myspace, facebook and twitter? Can your relationship stay focused with being concerned about I wonder who that chick is and what they be chatting about without looking like a jealous stalker freak? Okay, I'll admit I was addicted to facebook for a while, but what got me was my boyfriend was so concerned that I was connecting with other niggas on the site. Well, sure enough I did bump into an old friend online from my past, and my relationship was on the rocks so I took a dive, that didn't last long. Now, I'm back with my man and feels that he has justified his point as to hooking up with dudes online is not the way.
So, can you really meet the man of your dreams online and turn it into a serious relationship without the concerns with "I wonder if he fucked all those chicks on his page and I'm just #95?" See in my eyes you can't think like this because if you do it will only eat you alive. Sometimes you gotta think out the box and try new things. But as for me I have definitely learned my lesson and most certainly will not try that again. But would that include eharmony also?

Ashley “AJ” Jewell Kandi's Ex-fiance dead!

I read this story and I am very shocked that this would happen. If you don't know Kandi Burruss is a former Ex-scape singer and is the ex-fiance of Ashley "AJ" Jewell. On the Real County Housewives the two were engaged planning their wedding even her mother did not approve the fact that he was the baby daddy to 6 children. In the mist of this on the Wendy Williams show, she said that she was no longer engaged. I mean on the show you can see that it hurt her that her mother would not get along with him for the sake of her. Ashley "AJ" Jewell's, was in a brawl Friday night at a strip club Body Tap, he suffered several blows to the head, he was rushed to the hospital and pronounced dead. They did find a suspect Fredrick Richardson has been charged with voluntary manslaughter.

But then in an autopsy with a medical examiner Dr. Kelly Rose. She said she believes that AJ's death was caused by sickle cell, stating the following, "it’s most likely that Jewell was worked up from the fight — and because of his condition, it’s probable that he couldn’t replenish the oxygen he lost during the incident … which the Dr. says could have fatal consequences." This is a horrible tragedy to happen just so sudden. May he rest in peace!

Usher ready to sign them papers!

Riding in the car the other day, and I was surprised to hear this song that Usher has out called Paper. Amazing thing is it was really good, everything he sings is good. But it showed how much pain he was in, in his marriage and that he's ready to sign them papers. I'm happy he's doing whats right for him, because at the end if the day he's young not old, and his kids will always be in his life. Why stick around miserable when you can do something about it.

That's why I feel marriage is a very sacred thing and can never be broken by anyone or anything. It should not be taken lightly, but be considered something very important to both people. Good luck Usher and good for you.

Russell not happy!

Russell wasn't so happy with the VH! Hip Hop Honors Award show, he sent an email to the show producer and the heads of Def Jam stating this: had no interest in this celebration without more L.A. Reid footage (who wasn’t even there) and his contribution. He also stated that he believes not having Jay-Z, Rihanna, Kanye, Dame Dash, LL Cool J, or Irv Gotti involved at all hurt the show. All of those people were indeed missing from last night’s Honors. Russell also expressed his distaste for having a comedian host (Tracey Morgan). He said that having a comedian fill in space “hurt his heart”. And the show overall was “incomplete at best”.

Do you blame him, some people are sensitive of certain situations and the level of respect around it. Especially if you're the founder of this wonderful label putting your life work into it, and feel that it was not appreciated in the correct way.

In Thailand, an AIDS vaccine trial was put into place about five years ago, that was shot down my 22 prominent US scientists who doubted that it would work. Now, I truly believe that this would make our kids smarter, literate, and confident. I'm glad that President Obama is looking into this, because if you think about other cultures are much smarter then the US. For example I can count on my fingers the smartest students in my highschool class, they were chinese students. It shows also how some cultures have more discipline then US students have. They are taught to keep studying and achieve more pass the classroom. While our students just want to go to the mall and hang out not wanting to do homework or concentrate more on schoolwork. I mean it tells alot about us, and finally someone sees it for what it is. I feel that it would definitely be beneficial to all our kids of they were in school longer concentrating on the most important things called "education". This story is very sad. This lovely girl belongs to a family of three that was found shot to death inside a bedroom, in their Sunrise, FL home. Neighbors and friends said they never saw it coming for this church-going family. But one person said that the father lost his job. This sounds all too familiar, it looks like a tragic trend is happening here, it's whether a person commits suicide or a crime because of a job loss. I'm sure the numbers are getting higher on depression and suicide levels because of the economy and the job cuts going on in this world. It's very scary sad and, I've been there when I lost my job twice, and now I'm at this job that is showing the same signals. Having feeling of anxiety is not fun not knowing everyday when you walk in that it maybe the last time you walk through the door because of the fear of getting laid-off. But there has to be a better way to channel out the fruastration or the stesses of losing your job without actually losing your mind. Bad enough we have over a dozen students within a 2 week period that have been arrested for gun possession, but now for the officers to be layed off on top of that. Tell me what is the just in that. It will not balance out at all. You need enough officers to balance the crime at least. I was watching local news last night, and interesting to see a doctor actually addressing the concern of young teens just getting plastic surgery done because the mom is doing it. Teens getting their nose and breast done as young as 17 years old. Sometimes you wonder if the surgery is necessary to benefit the child understanding that it's not a quick fix or that it's not going to turn you into a celebrity. And now this story of a boca raton student dying on the table while getting surgery for a breast augmentation, and suffered a malignant hyperthermia.

Last week was a crazy week with more than 7 kids arrested from middle to highschool for carrying loaded guns and even a taser. What has the world come to, in dade county it seems like more and more kids are traveling with weapons to school for whatever reason. You may have heard of the story of the 17 year old boy killed during a fight in school over a girl. He was stabbed to death. It has come so low to the point that our kids feel the need to carry weapons to feel inferior to feel safe to feel like they're somebody, when really you look like a violent killer on a rampage ready for whatever may set you off. What happened to just duking it out and then you get that respect from that person, instead with this generation we just pull out weapons the cowardly way to end the turmoil instead of facing it. I mean really this is how we solve our problems now? I would rather my kid to beat his ass then to pull out a weapon and kill him. I truly feel that now more then ever we need to look to our kids and find out deep inside where the real troubles lie because this is getting a little out of control. Before you know it these youngsters won't be able to amount to anything because now they have a record for possession. I feel that we need to make a band and have a foundation out there to help these young people channel anger and frustration and hate towards others in a healthier way without hurting themselves or others.

Okay we all make mistakes and we're not perfect. Hence the outbusrt of Serena Williams during her tennis match. She was at fault with her foot passing the line and was called on it. Instead of just sucking it up and moving on she proceeds to to point and use profanity against the line judge. I mean you clearly see that it caught her off guard, but really she just could not compose herself. Now she was fined the highest amount of $10,000 for that and the judge took it up with the chair umpire, who gave Williams a point penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct. When I'm upset I tend to swear alot. This acquaintance mind you is no angel herself, she loves to talk about people around the office and is very blunt not caring who she's talking to. So, she acts like she's shocked, claiming that she thought I was prissy and polite, didn't know I had a potty mouth. Sorry but I had to touch on this. You know you grow up to watch tv and model after your favorite celebrities not caring what the real story is behind the scenes. Okay I love the real world, I've watched most shows all the time, my favorite was Vegas, no other show will top that one. Okay so the last episode of Cancun was actually good. I'll try to make it as light as possible. Okay Jonna, is a girl that has a man back home and she's the type of the chick that hates girls and hangs around dudes, but she also wants attention and affection from a dude 24/7. Ayiia is a bi-sexual that just wants to be with every girl in the world and hates men to the tee, even though she has a man at home. Jazmine is a cute mini black chick that has insecurities that she rather not faces. Emilee is a hyper chick that takes pills to calm her nerves. Okay guy side, Derek is gay, Bronne is a big kid, and I forget the other hunk but he's just there. Okay back to the chicks, Jazmine was really into this dude Pat, but he was not into her, she forced it so bad that one night she wanted to give it to him, but he ended up dissing her. So she acts out by having temper tantrums over the whole thing. And here comes Jonna with radar, I'll see if I can get him instead, so she starts flirting with the dude and ends up wanting him, but then she wants every guy that she meets. Mind you she has a dude at home. Now, she ends up breaking up with her bf back home, hangs out with this dude and sleeps with him, only for him to leave in a couple more days. Once he's gone she realizes she fucked up, but then she tries to call the dude and pow he disses her bad. On this part of the story never come on a reality show if you know you got a man at home and you can't keep your goodies to yourself, so now she looks lonely and desperate bet you she will go back to her man, that's if he wants her back.

Ladies when you audition for these shows please put into consideration of who will be watching and think twice or harder, cause realize you are on tv. On top of this whole thing she ends up having a threesome also with the bi roomie and the dude before he left. Baby girl what does that make you look like? And Ayiia the bi roomie, finally comes to her senses and realizes oh shit my family will be watching this, and she freaks out because now the truth is out that she's bi. Must admit I have a weakness for men with dreads, my lovely man has dreads and he is super fine. Okay on topic, since its a big deal about weave and shit, thought I might talk about dreads. I've had permed hair since elementary and grown to see that you have to maintain to have good hair and look good all the time. As I got older started getting into weaves and eventually cutting my hair into short do's all is fun. But I'm very ADD when it comes to my hair, I want a fresh look every week no matter what. But you realize it's starting to get expensive especially with this recession that we are in. So I have decied that I may go the route of locking my hair, just so I can get up and go in the morning and not have to worry about, gosh gotta do my hair. After watching several episodes of the show. It really showed a different side of Terrell's cockiness. And sursprisingly he seems like a nice genuine guy that's really looking for the right lady but not marriage. He seems like a teddy bear when needed. For instance the college bartender Keri really does want a serious thing and maybe that scared him a little but come around with super model Jessica, he's facing the same thing. For his publicists Mo and Kita these two are a different story. Both have different personalities and differnt point of views which is good for Terrell's well being. But if you caught the last episode, Mo and Kita's relationship are little on the rocks, over the simple fact of differences in having fun, tune in for the season finale on Vh1.
